Boucon was founded in 1995 by Robert Bouché and Brian Connor. Following long careers in BT they both shared the vision of forming a company focused on providing a no compromise, totally customer focused telecoms service to businesses, offering solutions that were designed to exactly meet their customers' business requirements. |

Because they were known in the telecoms industry, their initial customers came from 'word of mouth' contacts. For ten years they built up a highly reputable business, gaining leads purely from satisfied clients. All employees up to this point were either cabling engineers, system engineers or office based customer service personnel. With a steadily growing turnover in excess of £1M Robert and Brian made the decision to begin actively promoting Boucon's strengths to other potential customers. In 2004 they began their search for the right person to help grow their company. It was extremely important to both Chairman that they found the right person who shared their cultures and values in order to maintain the excellent reputation achieved through sheer dedication to customer service. It took one year before the right person was found, that was two years ago now and the company has already grown to over £1.5M annual turnover. 'We are delighted to say that the high level of customer service and resulting satisfaction has not been compromised and we have recently added new resource to our Sales and Marketing Department' says Brian.
