But it goes further than that…

If things go wrong and Boucon are on site they just step in, utilising all of their skills and dedication to do what ever is necessary to enable us to meet our deadlines.

One example that springs to mind is when only half the lines required to maintain operational services to the public had been installed. Boucon stopped what they were doing and spent four hours completing the job. They only returned to work on the job they had been doing once all services had been restored and the office was running smoothly.

Another typical example…

They prevented a major crisis when a contractor mistakenly cut through cables severing both telephone and computer services to DVLA. Luckily, Boucon were working in another part of the building, so they made themselves available and reinstated sufficient cable for service to be resumed.
