It's simple, and largely due to one of the following reasons:

The reason for this change is that BT no longer have the monopoly - 1000's of BT resellers are fighting for your business, all trying to undercut each other, driving the price down - resulting in huge reductions for you. If you are still on a very old rate and have never challenged or updated it your call charges could drop by up to 70% over night. And even if you changed as recently as 12 months ago you may still be entitled to savings in the region of 20 - 40%, plus free calls between your sites.

Within a week we will provide you with a report showing exactly how much you can save by changing the supplier that provides you with your billing. With your permission and as part of this process we can do the following work on your behalf:

•  Call your current provider to ensure that you will not incur a penalty for changing supplier
•  Compile a report detailing exactly what services you are paying for, including a comparison of costs and savings with    alternative suppliers
•  Arrange to cancel any services you no longer require
•  Complete and process all the paperwork required for you to change suppliers

All you have to do is provide us with the bills and wait for your report. If at this point you decide not to change - you have lost nothing ! If you like what you see and do want to change, all you have to do is give one of our representatives 30 minutes of your time to run through the paperwork they will have pre-completed, and then sign up. From then onwards you will receive cheaper phone bills - it really is as simple as that.

Well, if we put in a little effort, and prove that you can make significant savings, then when you switch to your new billing provider, they will pay Boucon a small commission based on your monthly spend. So we earn a very small sum each month, which we hope will mount up, providing we continue to save you money on your phone calls.

The Important thing to remember is that nothing is done to your lines, your number does not change, there is no physical swap over - it is just the billing process, so there is no danger of you losing any service or call quality.

All you need to do is contact us or fax one month's/quarter's set of bills including your line rental and call charges to 01792 762201. Please note that this may consist of two separate bills i.e. BT for your line rental and a different company for your call charges.

...And then you wait for your report to learn how much you will save.
